Overview

I am a clinical hypnotherapist based in Castlebar, Co Mayo, Ireland. I trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, London in 2004 and set up practice in Notting Hill specialising in treating pregnant smokers. I moved on to the CHAIM Centre in Willesden Green in 2006 and spent a year there before relocating to Ireland. I and am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register, and in 2005 I was awarded the designation of Senior Practitioner. I went on to become an Acknowledged Supervisor.
In 2009 I became a Licenced HypnoBand Practitioner.
In 2012 I became a Licensed HypnoTension Practitioner.
In 2014 I trained in BWRT and am now an Accredited Mentor for the therapy.
In 2014 I was awarded Runner Up in the Best of Mayo Business Awards.
