I am an experienced therapist. I specialise in helping people who have had adverse childhood experiences of some form which often result in long-standing problems such as anxiety, weight control, fears, phobias, emotional problems, stress issues, self-esteem and confidence problems, and much more.
The specialised training I have undertaken to do this work can also be adapted to help people with problems in their adult life who may not have experienced any particular challenges in their early years.
I am also a licensed Hypnoband practitioner and Hypnotension practitioner.
