Overview

I trained with the Hypnotherapy Control Board in 2003 who later became the International Association of Evidence Based Psychotherapy and gained an advanced certificate in Pure Hypnoanalysis and Psychoanalysis and have been in practice since 2004. In the last few years I have relocated to Chester, the Wirral and Liverpool.
My remit is to help people to significantly change their lives. The work I do covers both physical and emotional symptoms and problems and often includes anxiety, stress, panic, fears and phobias. High blood pressure can be a symptom of all of these which is why it is so important to get it under control.
