Availability and Fees

I work 9am-6pm on weekdays and can occasionally be available in the evenings and at weekends if required.

Sessions are one, to one and a half hours' long and cost £50.00. My CD 'Relax into Change' is included.

Note please - I believe the Hypnotension Programme should be available to all therefore I hold a number of concessionary places to those who require them.

Overview

As a fully qualified hypnotherapist, I work in a caring, non-judgmental and professional way. I use my knowledge and experience to help you overcome personal stresses and anxieties which may be holding you back and preventing you from leading a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.

I'm very enthusiastic about my work with the hypnotension programme for, in thirteen years of practice, I've found nothing else which offers a more comprehensive and effective way for dealing with high blood pressure concerns.
