Overview

I am an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist (GHR & CNHC Reg.) combining hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, solution-focused counselling and other techniques to successfully resolve clients issues.

As a professional hypnotherapist with several years experience working within my busy practice, Inspiring Changes, I work from my private therapy room in the village of Whiteparish close to the New Forest on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border and also at The Practice Rooms in the centre of Salisbury.

I use a combination of therapies which are specifically chosen to suit each client and the issues affecting their life. When combined, these therapies have proven to be extremely powerful and effective in dealing with many problems and symptoms, in addition to those traditionally associated with hypnotherapy such as giving up smoking, weight-loss and fears and phobias.

Over the years, I have helped many people with wide-ranging and varying problems, including hypertension, emotional issues, stress, relationship problems, social fears, low self-esteem, anxiety, addictions and habits.

I run an informal but professional practice, with a friendly, understanding and non-judgemental approach. My aim is to provide my clients with an opportunity to relax and discuss things openly, in order to help them resolve their issues as quickly and effectively as possible, with lasting and permanent results.

Every session is completely private and confidential. I am fully insured and adhere to a strict code of ethics.

Accreditation:

I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), the largest and one of the most highly regarded professional organisations for hypnotherapists and am also validated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

I am also regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners whose key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration within CNHC. The CNHC 'quality mark' is being recognised as the hallmark of quality for the sector.

I have an Enhanced Disclosure CRB check enabling me to work with children, thereby giving parents and carers peace of mind.
