I work on an appointment basis from various locations and my session last between 1-2 hours at a cost of £75.00 per session.

Overview

As a clinical hypnotherapist I am passionate about what I do. I understand just how worrying high blood pressure can be and how important it is to manage it on a day to day basis. I used soultions focused therapy and I believe you can use the power of your own mind to help control your body and as a result improve the quality of your health. I also used Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, NLP and Hypnotherapy to address any issues in life which may affect blood pressure and cause hypertension.
