Hello and welcome, my name is Helen and I'm a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Coach. I offer a solution focussed approach which provides dynamic change for my individual clients.

I offer a supportive therapeutic service based on tried and tested methods. By combining Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT) which is called Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) I can treat a wide range of conditions including: anxiety, high blood pressure, fears and phobias and lack of confidence, smoking insomnia and irritable bowel syndrome. I am a qualified Coach and an EFT, Mindfulness, Hypnodieting and Hypnotension practitioner.
