I am a dedicated professional therapist who is passionate about helping people achieve better health and well-being this has been a continual quest of mine now for over twenty years.
Now trained in the art of Hypnotension I will be able to help those currently suffering with primary hypertension get the help they need by using the Hypnotension approved methods, approaches and interventions.
I am an Integrative therapist that has qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Inner Child Therapy, Coaching and Personal Training to name just a few of my qualifications and skills.
