Availability and Fees

I run a very busy practice, however I always try to accommodate clients wherever possible.
Monday to Wednesday 9 am- 9 pm
Thursday and Friday 9am - 7 pm
Saturday or Sunday (alternate) 10 am - 2 pm

Overview

I’ve been supporting clients in improving their lives for over 13 years. My main aim is to bring positive change to people’s lives. I opened my practice in 2002 and I offer a blanket acceptance approach to all clients. I pride myself in providing bespoke personalised Hypnotherapy treatments for each individual client, as well as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Personal Coaching. Each client is unique and I tailor each treatment to meet the client’s specific requirements that I know will bring about positive change for them, and their life.

I personally feel that when people are open to change, they’re well on their way to changing their life. Throughout my years in practice I’ve found that once a person is committed to change, it can happen really quickly, and with lasting results. I truly love my job or should I say my gift, it’s great to be able to help people. In 2010 I had gastric band surgery, and after a year I hadn’t lost a stone, and I think that it’s because the symptoms were being treated, and the cause wasn’t dealt with. In 2011 I had hypnotherapy and every day just before bed I’d listen to the CD, and now I’ve lost 8 stone, so I know how people feel to be overweight, and I’m here to support them through their journey.

I offer one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions, group sessions and I also offer a range of hypnotherapy recordings. I’m proud I’ve helped so many people to identify what and where they need to change in order of improving their lives. I’m based in Lytham on the Fylde Coast and I offer a Clinical Hypnotherapy service for Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation, Pain Management, Anxiety, Phobias and Fears, Low Self-Esteem, Low Self-Confidence and Addictions.

I had rigorous training in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the NCH ‘National Council of Hypnotherapy’ and of which I’m a member. I’m fully qualified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming.
