My consulting hours are:
Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 - 18:00.

I offer a free initial consultation which takes about half an hour.

Overview

I have been in full time practice in Sanderstead, South Croydon since January 2007. As well as being a Certified Hypnotension Practitioner I also work with a wide range of problems including:

- overcoming habits (e.g. smoking, nail-biting)
- weight loss (including Hypno-Band)
- psychological problems (stress, anxiety, confidence issues, fears, phobias, psychosexual problems, etc.)
- some physical problems that may have a psychological aspect (like hypertension, IBS, insomnia, CFS/ME)
- life coaching (if you are looking for a new direction in life but are not quite sure what to do or how to approach it
