I offer a free initial discovery consultation of approx 30 mins, so I can find out a little more about you and you me! This sessions also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about The Hypnotension Protocol and what you can expect from the sessions.

Hello and a warm welcome to my profile.

Having initially established my Hypnotherapy practice over 10 years ago in Ferndown and then in Broadstone, I am now thoroughly enjoying seeing my clients in the relaxed surroundings of my home in Avon Castle in Ringwood.

I delight in helping clients just like you overcome obstacles in life that are stopping them from truly thriving and enjoying life.

Using the proven cognitive techniques and behavioural coaching of The Hypnotension Programme, we can work together to help lower your high blood pressure naturally.

Other areas of my work include helping my clients with phobias, anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress management, menopause, low self esteem, lack of confidence, limiting beliefs work, healthy and sustained weight loss, to name a few.
