Overview

If, like me, you have received a diagnosis of primary hypertension, i.e High Blood Pressure, you were probably just handed a little booklet and told to read it. It starts with telling you all the risks of having high blood pressure, and it is quite scary!.
I have had High Blood pressure controlled, not terribly well, with drugs for several years, and I was delighted to find the Hypnotension programme. Since using the techniques I have managed to bring my levels down to an average of 120/80, and occassionally it manages to drop down to an ideal reading of 75/115, This was a huge weight off my mind because I felt I was on the verge of having to increase my medication and the first time they put me on medication it took months of feeling unwell before they managed to find the right medication for me.
Because of my own experiences of this, I am sure that with the knowledge gained from the Hypnotension programme, I can better help you to understand your condition, locate and address the causes of your hypertension and assist you in resolving them where possible.
I am a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist who has been practicing hypnotherapy since 2006. I am also a mother of three girls and a chartered accountant and as such I have a wide range of experience of different walks of life and feel well placed to assist my clients.
