Overview

I am Gavin Bowtell, a professional hypnotherapist who lives and works in Chigwell, Essex. 

I work with people to resolve or help to manage a wide variety of problems including high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, physical illnesses, pain and weight loss, among other things.
Hypnotherapy is also chosen to help with insomnia, strange fears or common phobias.
I see clients aged from 18 upwards. Gavin is an LGBTQI+ friendly therapist.
My clients come from London, Hertford and Essex, Kent and from as far away as Brazil, Bristol or Edinburgh.
